Project: Adam Leland Homes
Adam Leland Homes, a Bellevue based home builder, was in need of a refreshed logo and brand identity that would communicate their excellent work, upscale homes and breathtaking photography to their upscale client base in the Bellevue and greater Seattle area. The concept was to capture the construction part of home buildig, but in an elegant and sofisticated way to appeal to investors, buyers and real estate agents. This was a major update for Adam Leland Homes as they have been construction homes in the premier neighborhoods of Seattle and the eastside for over 20 years. The brand refresh has brought measurable success.
